We try to process all returns as quickly as possible so you can receive your refund. You should receive a confirmation email within a week of returning the item, but sometimes it takes longer.
Any refunds will be issued via the same payment method you used when placing your order.
If your order was partially or fully paid for with a gift card, the refund will be issued as a gift card or voucher up to the value of the gift card you used. At that time, any remaining balance owed will be refunded via the other payment methods used.
